Texas House Bill 33 mandates that each school campus be equipped with a ballistic shield and a breaching tool. Our Emergency Response Locker provides a comprehensive solution to meet these critical safety requirements and enhance immediate response capabilities.

Each Emergency Response Locker Includes:

·      1 - Ballistic Shield - Large: 20" x 30" NIJ III (Rifle Rounds), 19 lbs.

·      1 - Ballistic Shield - Small: 24" x 12" NIJ III (Rifle Rounds), 9.5 lbs. 

·      1 - Halligan Breaching Tool: 30" Length - Drop Forged - A versatile tool for forcible entry and other emergency needs.

·      1 - Fireman's Wedge: Solid Aluminum - with holes & bungee to marry with our Halligan Tool.  Use: For maintaining entry points and assisting with breaching.

·      1 - 4 lb x 16"  Cross Peen Hammer: For use with the Halligan tool and other applications.

·      1 - Irons Sling: Securely holds and organizes all breaching tools for rapid deployment.

·      5 - "Stop the Bleed" 5 Kits on a Tactical Belt: HB496 Compliant Kits!  Mounted on the Tactical Belt in a daisy chain format for immediate access and deployment, designed to treat traumatic bleeding injuries.
