Security Fencing & Gates

  • Texas Mandates

Texas Education Association mandates security fencing and gates for schools.

  • Welded Wire Fence

GUERRACO typically uses Design Master Fencing which uses 6 gauge Wire with powder coated finish.

  • Non-Climb Fencing

Hardest fence to scale due to narrow vertical openings so a perpetrator cannot get a foothold.

Benefit

Provide Firm Barrier

Welded Wire Fencing, which has a structure that is solid and inflexible, is ideal for a firm and definite barrier. When cut, the wires will not begin to unravel from one another.

Chain link fence, on the other hand, can be cut at the bottom and the top and unwoven and a truck easily driven through it.

Benefit

Increase Durability

Classic Welded Wire Fence is made out of heavy gauge galvanized steel typically much thicker than than Chain-link fence.

This also allows welding to increase strength and durability.

Benefit

Stop Intruders

Widely considered the hardest fence to scale because the vertical openings are 1.96” wide so a perpetrator cannot get a foothold to climb the fence.

Chain-link Fencing has a tension wire at the bottom can be cut and the fence “lifted” rather easily…no need to climb it to breach it.

Benefit

Improve Aesthetics

Classic welded wire fence is considered high-end and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Will look much better if replacing a chain-link fence. And will not takeaway from the current look if adding fencing to a non-fenced area.

Benefit

Repair Quickly

If a panel is damaged, it can simply be replaced in minutes by taking off the brackets on either side of the post and putting a new 8’ wide panel in its place.  ONLY an 8’ Wide is section is affected.
